Most organisations work downstream—delivering services, running programs, advocating for change. All necessary. But SPEED works upstream. We rebuild the behavioural and structural capacity that allows communities to function as collective problem-solving units.
Transfer Ownership
Communities lead; we facilitate emergence. Our role is to create conditions for solutions to surface, spread, and take root—not to impose them from outside.
Build Youth as Agents
Young people become carriers of collective responsibility, not beneficiaries of programs. We build a civic actor pipeline that transforms bystanders into community decision-makers.
Create Collective Conditions
Through structured practice, reflection, and relational work, we make community-initiated action possible and sustainable.
Enable Independence
Our goal is to exit. Success is measured by reduction in external dependency and evidence of community-initiated action—not by continued involvement.

A civic actor pipeline mentoring youth to recognize injustice, claim rights, and lead collective action—transforming bystanders into community decision-makers through constitutional training, leadership exposure, and skill-building.
122 youth leading across 6 groups · 450 trained · 3 UPSC selections
Community-level civic infrastructure where local leaders solve problems collectively—water access, agriculture, health—building behavioral shifts, relational trust, and structural accountability.
12+ VAGs established · 11 village networks activated
Hubs that provide community awareness, navigate government schemes, and build capacity—equipping families to access entitlements independently while strengthening government connections.
190+ scheme beneficiaries · 300+ families accessing schemes
Helping youth find pathways to employment and education retention, reintegrating dropouts while building career guidance and opportunity awareness to break poverty cycles.
32 dropouts mainstreamed · 31 school partnerships · Target: 200+ over 5 years
